Bohuslav KuÄŤera

(born March 26, 1923 at Lomnica on Pope lkou) - Czechoslovak lawyer and statesman, Minister of Justice (1 968), a longtime chairman of the National Assembly (1960-1990) an d his Vice-President (1971-1990), President of the Commission for the Investigation of Crimes Nazi and leader of the Czechoslovak Socialist Party (1968-1990). Both before the war, and in the course of studies in law at Charles University in Prague, worked in the National Socialist youth movement (1945-1948).
